To complete the workforce table, allocate the proportion of time each individual spends on clerical and manual duties. If a person's role is split evenly between clerical and manual tasks, divide their time equally in the respective columns.

For example:

• If a Partner/Principal/Director spends 50% of their time on Clerical duties and 50% on Manual duties, you should enter '0.5' in both the Clerical and Manual columns.
• Enter '1' in the Total Number of People column for each individual, regardless of their duty split.
• If an individual's role does not split time between duties, enter '1' in the column for their primary duty and leave the other blank.
