How to claim

So that we can process your claims as quickly as possible, please ensure that you have completed the claim form in full and have attached all the information listed in the check list. If there is any missing information, please be aware that this will delay the processing of your claim.

Are you looking to pre-authorise your claim before treatment?*

If your pet has not yet been treated for a condition but you would like us to confirm if we will consider a claim against your pet insurance, this can be done using our pre-authorisation process. We will look into your claim within 48 hours (2 working days) from receipt of the below information:
